Issues with short feeds in Blogger
If you're using the standard Blogger setup it's possible to access your feed using one of the following:
http://myblog.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/summary
http://myblog.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss
http://myblog.blogspot.com/atom.xml
http://myblog.blogspot.com/rss.xml
All four feed URLs work, however, for blogs with a feed set to short, it is better not to use

http://myblog.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss

as all you will only get the post titles, the author and the dates.
